DO YOU PROVIDE CLEANING PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?
Yes!

We provide all products and equipment for all our services.
HOW DO IÂ PAY?
We want to be as flexible as possible therefore we offer the following methods of payment at present.
​
Cash payment
Cash payment are due on the day of the clean directly to the cleaner.
​
Contactless Card Payment
We accept contactless card payment on the day of your clean
​
Bank Transfer
We accept bank transfer/standing order
​
*Invoices can be issue on request
​
*We offer daily, weekly or monthly payments.
Daily payment: due on the day of your clean
Weekly Payment: due every Friday
Monthly: Due on the 28th of each month in arreas.

HOW MANY HOURS SHOULD I BOOK?
Domestic clients:
Every home is different and unique, therefore the time required will hugely depend on many factors.

I have provide some examples below. These are estimates only.
​
Bedrooms- 20-45minutes
Bathroom with shower- 30-60minutes
Kitchen- 30-60minutes
Living Room- 15-30minutes
Hallway/Stairs- 15-30minutes
Office/Study Room 15- 30minutes

I HAVE PETS, HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY CLEANER?
We LOVE animals!
​
Please do not stress about any pets. We work around you and your pets and will do our best to cause as little disruption as possible to you all whilst we are cleaning.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEAN?
We are so confident this will not happen we offer a reclean guarantee.
In the unlikely event, you are not happy with your clean, we will return to clean the area free of charge.

You must notify us via email within 2 days of the original clean.
I AM A LANDLORD AND DON'T LIVE AT THE PROPERTY, CAN YOU COLLECT KEYS FROM A MANAGING AGENT?
Yes of course!
​
We understand not everyone lives at the property we will be working, we can accommodate collecting keys within a 2 mile radius free of charge.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We currently serve South West London, West London, Greater London & Surrey
​
If you do not live with a our work area now, do check in the coming months as we are planning to expand to other areas in the near future.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN DURING THE CLEAN?
In the unlikely event something is broken beyond repairs, we will accommodate to replace the damaged item. Insurance claims will be filed where appropriate.

We are extremely respectful of our clients home/ work space to ensure accidents do not occur.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE PROPERTIES/BLOCKS/OFFICES?
Yes we do offer discounts.
​
We can discuss this in much more detail once a site visit has been carried out.
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY CLEAN?
Please contact us at info@ecologicallypure.co.uk at least 48 hour prior to your clean should you need to reschedule or cancel to avoid cancellation charges.
​
If you cancel within 24 hours of your arranged clean time, you will be charged 50% of your clean. If you cancel on the day of your clean, you will be charged in full. This is to cover us and our staff from the missed opportunity to take on another clean order.
